I'm not MIA I swear!

Hey all

Sorry I've been so lacking in the posts lately,

I do have stuff to back post which I will get to this week during my days off including...

My first long run (5.7 miles!!!!!)
A few new recipes
My new training goal (no...not telling yet! but don't worry, you'll find out soon enough)

I would start tonight,
but I have to work tomorrow,
and should have been in bed a hour ago....
